Huygens Museum, Hofwijck: Your Wedding Venue

Hofwijck is an official municipal wedding venue. Therefore, it is essential that you officially register your wedding date through the Leidschendam-Voorburg municipal wedding office.

The wedding ceremony will take place in the historic hall of Hofwijck. This space accommodates 30 seated guests.

Wedding Photography

The charming house and historic garden provide a unique setting for wedding photography. This session (maximum of 6 people and 1 hour) can take place both inside Hofwijck and in the garden. If interested, please make a reservation no later than two months before the planned wedding date. The cost is €100.

Toast & Reception

Immediately following the wedding ceremony, it is possible to have a celebratory toast.

The wedding couple is responsible for providing the wedding cake, and the supplier is responsible for its assembly. The Huygens Museum will provide the cake plates and forks. The Prosecco arrangement is included within the two-hour duration of the wedding ceremony, and no additional rental fee is required for this.
